Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can return it under the conditions below.

14-day right of withdrawal You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at mohamedzakariye569@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. After you notify us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.

How to return an item

Contact us first. We will reply with the return address. Parcels sent without contacting us may not be accepted. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them. You pay the cost of return shipping. We

recommend a tracked shipping method. Items that cannot be returned For health and hygiene reasons, sealed skincare, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned once the seal or packaging has been opened. Unopened products can be returned as normal.

Refunds We refund the full price you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may hold the refund until we have received the returned items or you have shown proof that you sent them. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you. Your legal rights under EU consumer law are not affected by this policy.
