Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every purchase from Preporas 2, operated from Buster Keatonstraat 41, 1325 CJ Almere, Netherlands. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

When you place an order you receive a confirmation email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT where it applies. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout.

3. Delivery

We ship to the EU, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Products are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

4. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. You pay the return shipping cost. Opened skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund policy.

5. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Skincare and cosmetic products are for external cosmetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Check the ingredient list before use and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

6. Warranty and liability

You have the statutory warranty rights that apply in your country. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
